Description
Jumpstart labour with this pre labour tea. It helps to shorten labour, as it strengthens the uterine and pelvic muscles while also working as a relaxant at the same time, and therefore helps reduce the pain of contractions during labour.
We recommend to start around 36 weeks of pregnancy with one cup a day. Gradually increase this to two or three cups a day.
