How long can the hot compress of hot and cold breast pads last?

Hot water heat lasts longer than microwave heat. If you want a longer-lasting hot compress, it is recommended to put it in boiling water (above 80℃/176℉) and heat it for 120 seconds. Please don’t wear the cloth covers when heating.
