Getting more accurate temperatures

Your baby’s ear canal is a closed space, and its internal temperature is not disturbed by the external environment. Therefore, when your baby needs a more accurate temperature measurement (e.g., during a fever observation period), we recommend measuring the temperature of the ear canal, which is closer to your baby’s actual temperature than the forehead temperature.
